I would like to give positive feedback to a cleaner in my estate at Choa Chu Kang Central. She sweeps the floors and drains very thoroughly. She starts work early and is diligent. I hope the Town Council can acknowledge and recognise her contribution.

I would like to compliment Khalid, who made my day. I moved to Tengah Drive last month, and the entire walkway to my unit was full of debris, boxes, foam, and food waste. The rubbish chute was always full, and I could not dispose of any trash. I submitted three cases and made a call, where I was connected to Khalid, who resolved the issues instantly on the same day. I urge all residents to do their part in keeping the area clean, as it is our collective social responsibility and benefits everyone.

We would like to extend our sincere compliments to the staff and workers for their consistent dedication to maintaining a clean, safe, and vibrant living environment for residents. Secondly, we would like to compliment Mr Teo Yuan Bin and Mr Mervin Ang who are constantly on the grounds to conduct regular checks on the estate to make sure that the residents’ concerns are addressed promptly. There were a few incidents such as the shattered glass at the lift lobby at Blk 534, the broken flowerpots at Blk 532, and the fallen tree branches, all of which were attended to and cleared up instantly. I was especially touched to discover on Friday night that your cleaning team had gone the extra mile to wash the entire floor landing where my unit was located.
