I would like to compliment your staff and contractor, Mr Ramy and Mr Sultan, for the excellent service they have provided. The lock on my E-scooter parked at Bukit Gombak MRT bicycle stand was faulty and I went to the Town Council for help. Upon the verification that I am the owner, Mr Ramy swiftly called for assistance and went to the bicycle stand with me to cut the lock with Mr Sultan’s cutting tools. The Town Council did a good job with such a responsive staff to help me sort out my issue when I was in trouble. I have always been pleased with the CCK Town Council services that I received. Mr Ramy and Mr Sultan professionalism and ability to understand the situation quickly exceeded my expectations. Thank you very much!
