FACILITIES BOOKING RATES
With effect from 18th September 2023, the Town Council will provide TWO payment modes for the refund of resident’s deposit:
[1] Deposit to be refunded to resident’s Service & Conservancy Charges (S&CC) Account which will be used to pay outstanding and/or future S&CC. [Preferred Payment Mode]
[2] Deposit to be refunded via Bank Transfer, approximately six to eight weeks after the event. Residents shall provide details such as Bank Name, Bank Code, Bank Account Number and Email Address (for refund notification) to the Town Council to facilitate the deposit refund.
Residents shall select and acknowledge their choice of payment mode, as well as provide the necessary details to the Town Council for the deposit refund.
If residents have any outstanding S&CC owing to the Town Council, their deposit will be used to set off the amount owing first.
Residents will be able to make bookings 180 days in advance. The bookings will be based strictly on a first-come-first-served basis.
A $100/- refundable deposit will be imposed for the booking of MPHs, void decks & link buildings. The deposit will be refunded after the completion of the event.
