S&CC are due on the 1st of each month without demand. The penalty charges will apply from the second month of arrears.

For example, if payment is late for January, the penalty charge will apply from February.

Eligibility for S&CC Rebates

  • There must be at least one Singapore citizen lessee or occupier in the flat.
  • The lessee(s) and essential occupier(s) of the flat do not own or have any interest in a private property.
  • The lessee(s) have not sublet the whole flat.

If you are paying by GIRO, the revised amount will be deducted automatically from your bank account.
