  • Maintenance of car parks (as Managing Agent)

Cyclical Maintenance

  • Repairs & Redecoration (e.g., repainting)
  • Re-roofing
  • Re-wiring
  • Replacement of water pumps
  • Replacement of booster pumps / water pipes
  • Overhauling & upgrading of lifts
  • Replacement of hoisting ropes / sheaves of lifts
  • Replacement of centralised refuse chute system’s refuse handling equipment
