Our Town Council manages and maintains the common properties of the HDB public housing estates within Chua Chu Kang Town.

In addition, we implement various estate renewal programmes, town improvement projects and initiatives to develop and rejuvenate the Town, creating a more conducive and vibrant neighbourhood for our residents.

Town Councils are autonomous legal entities formed under the Town Councils Act. 

Town Councils are responsible for the day-to-day operations in managing the common property of HDB residential flats and commercial property within the town.

PAYMENTS

S&CC are due on the 1st of each month without demand.

You should make the S&CC payment as soon as you can. 

Residents have a one-month grace period to pay their S&CC. This means that if payment is made within the calendar month, late payment penalty fee will not be imposed.

S&CC are meant for the upkeeping and maintenance of the common areas as well as cyclical maintenance of the infrastructure and facilities in the Town.

To help households with their general household expenses, the Government will provide the S&CC rebates to eligible HDB households.

  • Through GIRO/RCCS 
  • Through the websites of DBS, Maybank, OCBC and UOB (for Internet Banking only)
  • At any AXS Station island wide
  • At any Singapore Post counter or SAM machine

You can check your S&CC monthly amount payable through AXS or SAM machines or you can also download the AXS Payment App from Play Store or App Store.

All new HDB flat owners will have their S&CC account automatically setup when HDB transmits the information to Town Council approximately 1 to 2 weeks after collection of their home keys.

You are advised to come down personally to the Town Council with HDB’s appointment letter before the appointment date. 

The Town Council will collect the S&CC up to the date stated in the appointment letter and endorse on HDB’s appointment letter upon full settlement by the resident.

You can check your Town Council Reference Number through AXS or SAM machines by keying in your NRIC.

GIRO Application 

Please submit the completed GIRO application form to our Town Council via mail or at our offices for processing. The GIRO application will take about 2 months to process. During this period, please continue to pay using cash, cheque, AXS, SAM machines or Internet Banking. The Town Council will send you a letter to inform you of the commencement date for GIRO deduction. 

RCCS Application 

For completed RCCS application form, please email to finance@ccktc.org.sg. The Town Council will send you a letter to inform you of the commencement date for the RCCS deduction.

Hardcopy of the termination forms are also available at our Town Council Offices.

The GIRO application takes approximately 2 months to be processed. 

You are advised to pay your S&CC by other payment modes in the meanwhile.

S&CC is due on the 1st of each month without demand.

The Town Council does not send monthly billing as the S&CC is a fixed monthly rate.

You can make the S&CC payment any date within the month. If payment is not received by the following month, a reminder notice with the relevant penalty charge will be sent to the residents.

For residents with financial difficulty and would like to request for an instalment plan payment, please reach out to us via our Feedback Form or call us at 6569 0388 during office hours.  

Do note that instalment plan payment is on a case-by-case basis and is subject to management's approval.

S&CC are due on the 1st of each month without demand.

If payment is late for the current month, the penalty charge will apply from the following month onwards until full payment is received.

The request for the waiver of penalty is on a case-by-case basis and is subject to management's approval.

The Town Council will provide TWO payment modes for the refund of resident’s deposit:

  1. Deposit to be refunded to resident’s Service & Conservancy Charges (S&CC) Account which will be used to pay outstanding and/or future S&CC. [Preferred Payment Mode]
  2. Deposit to be refunded via Bank Transfer, approximately six to eight weeks after the event. Residents shall provide details such as Bank Name, Bank Code, Bank Account Number and Email Address (for refund notification) to the Town Council to facilitate the deposit refund.

 

Residents shall select and acknowledge their choice of payment mode, as well as provide the necessary details to the Town Council for the deposit refund.

If residents have any outstanding S&CC owing to the Town Council, their deposit will be used to set off the amount owing first.

The BBQ pits are managed by the respective Residents’ Network (RN) or Residents’ Committee (RC). 

For booking of BBQ pits, please contact your RN or RC.

This free service is only for HDB residents of Chua Chu Kang Town Council and is limited
to 3 items per household per month.

ECO-FRIENDLY TOWN

Community gardens fall under the purview of People’s Association (PA) and are managed by the Residents' Network (RN) or Residents’ Committee (RC).

Publicity content is limited to community news by the Town Council, government agencies and grassroots organisations.

Political, commercial, private entities and members of the public are not permitted, unless approval is given.

Filming is allowed upon request and subject to approval by the Town Council.
