- Any student of a secondary school / tertiary institution in CCK Town

Terms & Conditions:
- Contestant must be
a. A resident aged 12 to 24 of CCK Town (Chua Chu Kang GRC & Bukit Gombak SMC) or
b. A student from secondary schools & tertiary institutions in CCK Town - Photograph(s) must show a location in CCK Town.
- Each photograph must be submitted digitally, in landscape JPEG format, at least 300dpi and no larger than 25MB in size.
- All entries must be submitted to CCK Town Council by 5 July 2026, 2359 hours via the online contest form or by email to corpcomms@ccktc.org.sg.
- Entries must include the contestant’s:a. Name
b. Age
c. School or educational institute (if applicable)
d. Mobile number
e. Address, including postal code and the estate in CCK Town (eg Bukit Gombak, Brickland-Tengah, Chua Chu Kang, Keat Hong or Tengah) if a CCK Town resident
f. Email
g. Location in CCK Town shown in the photo. - Late entries will not be accepted and will be disqualified.
- Photograph(s) should not contain any objectionable content. CCK Town Council shall have sole and absolute discretion to determine what is objectionable. Photograph(s) deemed objectionable shall be disqualified.
- CCK Town Council reserves the sole and absolute discretion to exclude or disqualify any submission(s) and/or entry.
- Entries will be judged by a panel appointed by CCK Town Council. All decisions are final. No appeals will be considered.
- Photographs intended for any kind of commercial purpose must not be submitted.
- Entries must be original photographs taken by the participant. AI-generated images, AI-composited images, or images created substantially using generative AI tools are not allowed.
- Digital manipulation that distorts the reality of the photographs is not allowed. Only basic enhancements, such as sharpening, contrast adjustment, conversion of colour images to black and white, are allowed.
- By participating in this contest, the contestant warrants that he/she has not trespassed into restricted areas and has prioritised the welfare of the subject (if applicable) in the photo and has not obtained the photograph via any unethical means.
- Winners and contestants may be interviewed by CCK Town Council and/or the media. All contestants consent to the public disclosure of their names and the results of the contest.
- By submitting an entry, the contestant gives CCK Town Council (and their employees, representatives, agents, and those they work with) an irrevocable, royalty-free and non-exclusive worldwide licence to:a. use, host, store, reproduce, modify, create derivative works of the photographs submitted (such as those resulting from translations or adaptations); and
b. communicate, publish, publicly display and distribute, such photographs in any format or medium, including digital, print, social media and online formats, for CCK Town Council’s publicity, promotional and/or marketing purposes. - Participation in the contest will require the collection, use, processing, and disclosure of contestant’s personal data (such as the name, mobile number and contact details). By participating in the contest, contestants consent to CCK Town Council’s collection, use and disclosure of personal data (to the Town Council’s service providers where required) for the purposes of conducting and administering the contest to fulfil its obligations under these Terms and Conditions, in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act 2012.
- Contestants below 18 years of age must obtain parental or legal guardian consent before entering the contest. Submission of an entry will be deemed confirmation that such consent has been obtained. CCK Town Council may request verification of the personal details of a winner’s parent or legal guardian. Failure to provide the required consent or details may result in disqualification.
