Terms & Conditions
- Participants must be a resident of CCK Town (Chua Chu Kang GRC & Bukit Gombak SMC).
- CCK Town Council reserves the sole and absolute discretion to exclude or disqualify any submission(s).
- Participants may be invited to be interviewed by the organiser and/or the media. All participants consent to the public disclosure of their names, ages, and mascot names.
- Participation will require the collection, use, processing, and disclosure of participant’s personal data (such as the name, mobile number and contact details). By participating, participants consent to CCK Town Council’s collection, use and disclosure of personal data (to the Town Council’s service providers where required) for the purposes of conducting and administering the contest to fulfil its obligations under these Terms and Conditions, in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act 2012.
- Participants below 18 years of age must obtain parental or legal guardian consent before participating.
