Growing through art-Vocacy
Through art-Vocacy, Little Art-Vocates can develop their skills of observation and expression, build confidence and gain experience in community projects.
Art also promotes mental well-being, while contributing to the community helps our Little Art-Vocates develop a stronger sense of belonging.
Through shared art-Vocacy activities and projects, parents and children can also bond and create meaningful memories together.
Celebrating young creativity and community spirit
On 31 October, our pioneer Little Art-Vocates and their families came together at Block 524 Bukit Batok Street 52 to celebrate the launch of Loving CCK with HeART.
The void deck came alive with children’s artworks, from a colourful wall mural to art-Vocacy posters sharing messages of care for our town.

Ms Chong Jhia Chi, 43, mother of nine-year-old Bukit Gombak resident, Elijah Lee, whose artwork promoted a green Chua Chu Kang, shared: “It’s heartwarming to know my son takes such pride in caring for our neighbourhood. I am very encouraged to see his artwork displayed on the wall and in a poster to inspire residents to love and appreciate our town and do their part to keep it green.”
Elijah added: “Being a Little Art-Vocate is really fun because my art can help make our home more positive and cheerful for everyone.”
