The opening of The Bricks: Sports-In-Precinct & Cycle Park, located at Choa Chu Kang Avenue 7, is one of the eagerly anticipated events of 2025 for Brickland residents.
This $1.5 million multi-sports facility will have a sheltered basketball court, a multi-purpose hard court, two new fitness corners and a playground.
It will also be home to Singapore’s first and only professional cycling track for bicycle motocross or BMX.

The revamped Keat Hong Shopping Centre offers residents new streetscapes, green roofs, and more community spaces for social mingling.
Greater Connectivity & New Spots to Eat & Play at Bukit Gombak

With the opening of Hume MRT station in the second quarter of this year, residents can enjoy a smoother commute via the Downtown Line.

As a one-stop service hub for pre-enlistees and national servicemen, the new Central Manpower Base will serve all their NS-related needs, from medical screening to personal kit replacement.
Residents and the public can look forward to more dining options. The base houses a 700-seater food court with 20 stalls offering a wide range of food choices. In addition, a football field and fitness zone will serve exercise buffs. A childcare centre is also available for young families.

Besides the recently opened children’s cycling trail at Block 208, Choa Chu Kang Central, residents of Block 201 to 221 & 223 to 239 Choa Chu Kang Central/Choa Chu Kang Avenue 1 can look forward to a beautiful scent garden and a covered basketball court as part of the improvements under the estate’s Neighbourhood Renewal Programme (NRP).

Residents of Blocks 101 to 124 Teck Whye Lane will enjoy improved connectivity with the addition of new covered linkways, a drop-off porch, and new community gardening plots.

The upcoming Harmony Hub, located near Block 424 Bukit Batok West Avenue 4, is a large-scale recreation area for residents to gather and bond.
It has a thrilling new playground, a sensory garden, a fitness corner, and a sheltered outdoor plaza for mass events.

Live it Up in Keat Hong

Choa Chu Kang West Station, located at Choa Chu Kang Avenue 3, is slated to open in 2027 as part of the upcoming Jurong Region Line, significantly enhancing connectivity in the western part of Singapore.
New BBQ pits for gatherings (top) and new letterboxes are part of the proposed plans for the upcoming NRP.
Residents of Blocks 429 to 441 and 429A Choa Chu Kang Avenue 4 will enjoy new BBQ pits with enhanced pavilions for their gatherings, as well as ramps and covered linkways for better accessibility.
Improvements to the community garden, playground and fitness corners under the latest NRP will create a vibrant and connected neighbourhood for everyone to enjoy.
