Coming to Brickland: SG's Only BMX Track

CCK MPs Mr Gan Kim Yong, Mr Don Wee & Mr Zhulkarnain Abdul Rahim were among the VIPs at the groundbreaking ceremony.

CCK residents, are you ready for some prime sporting action?

Come 2025, you can go cycling, play basketball or futsal at The Bricks: Sports-In-Precinct & Cycle Park located at Choa Chu Kang Avenue 7.

Works have started on this $1.5 million multi-sports facility, which will offer residents plenty of chances to get sporty and fit.

The Bricks will be home to 2 new fitness corners, a sheltered basketball court with spectator seatings, a multi-purpose hard court, a playground and Singapore’s one and only BMX Academy.

The fitness corners will offer static stations (top) and hydraulic equipment (bottom).

Boasting a sheltered basketball court, a multi-purpose hard court, two new fitness corners and a playground, The Bricks will also be home to Singapore’s first and only professional cycling track for bicycle motocross, BMX in short.

The new cycle park, which is open to the public, will offer two types of tracks to train national cyclists.

The Singapore Cycling Federation’s BMX Academy will use the BMX track at The Bricks to train our national cyclists, saving them precious time and cost from going overseas. Come 2029, the Federation will host cycling events at The Bricks as part of the 2029 SEA Games in Singapore!

The best news is that this pro-cycling facility will also be open to the public!

Stay tuned to this space for more updates!

The indoor basketball court allows players to enjoy the game, rain or shine.

More fun for our youngest residents at this new playground at The Bricks.
