Thank you for your wonderful photo submissions!

Your vibrant shots show how some of our 130 playgrounds and 150 fitness corners are great places for neighbours and family to have fun and keep fit.

You celebrated many milestones too: from tiny tots on their first swing, to older residents making new exercise moves.

Check out the 9 winning photos showing Best Family Fun, Most Happy Smiles, and the Most Creative!

Most Family Fun

“This was the very first time my son, Shafie, rode on the swing with me at The Arena@Keat Hong mega playground. He was kicking so happily!” -Nur Hazimah, Keat Hong resident

“My sons really enjoy this playground at Plantation Crescent. It is actually quite challenging for young children, and it took them a few tries to climb up the structure that they wanted! When they finally achieved their goal, their smiles were just priceless. Our family also likes biking around the area, especially on weekend mornings.”-Chai Yun, Tengah resident

“My twin girls grew up on this mega playground and they love playing with their friends and even making new ones! Starting with the swings and then gradually to all the other features, they’ve learned how to conquer through play. As they explore and gain confidence, we also learn to let go and let them learn on their own terms.” -Jasmine Lee, Keat Hong resident

Most Happy Smiles

“I’ve been living in Teck Whye since the 80s. My seven-year-old grandson loves playgrounds, and I enjoy bringing him to the different ones in Chua Chu Kang. We met this group of children having fun at the new playground in Teck Whye Garden.” - Wong Kum Seng, Chua Chu Kang resident

“My son, Faris, and his friends from kindy still meet at the playground near their kindergarten to play.” -Ismadi Ahmad, Brickland-Tengah resident

“My son and his friends have a lot of fun at this playground near Blk 512 Bukit Batok St 52. They love getting together after school to play, share their toys, and even teach each other how to ride the bicycle!” - Vivian Chong, Tengah resident

Most Creative

“My family members and their piloxing buddies enjoy their weekly workout at this open space in Goodview Gardens. I love capturing their synchronised moves.” -Ng Chee Wee, Bukit Gombak resident

“I have lived in Chua Chu Kang for over 30 years and now my grandson, Jonas, is growing up here too. I love bringing him to parks to play and to interact with other kids.” - Ben Low, Keat Hong resident

“I’ve lived in Chua Chu Kang since 1992. When I was a kid, I used to love watching the trains on the KTMB railway line (near Teck Whye), and swinging as high as I could on the swings in the playgrounds. Seeing the kids play at this railway-themed playground at Blk 162 Jalan Teck Whye brings me happy memories and reminds me of how these spaces naturally bring people together.“ - Tan Wen Jin, Chua Chu Kang resident
