Showing How We Live Well With Nature - Our 2026 Calendar Photo Contest Winners

Residents showed us how living well with nature comes in many different colours, shades, and forms. In CCK, we draw peace from nature’s calm, enjoy beautiful skies and relax under lush shade. We rejuvenate in green parks, and catch sights of wildlife and a wonderful world.

Congratulations to our 12 winners of the 2026 CCK Calendar Photo Contest! All CCK residents will receive via mail your very own CCK 2026 Calendar in mid December.

Our first prize winner, Bryan Goh, is no stranger to going the extra mile to snap a beautiful shot. Whether it means wearing protective clothing, so that he can be in the thick of action to shoot fireworks up close, or getting up early to seize the golden moment. Timing is especially critical when it comes to scenes like sunrise and sunset. For his winning shot of sunrise at Sungei Buloh, Bryan arrived before 6am, before the fishermen revved their motorboats. Thanks to his efforts, he managed to capture the serene stillness of the waters, gently brushed by the cooling dawn wind.

The SAFRA Content Creator Club committee member and Chua Chu Kang estate resident also encourages fellow residents to head out and explore their environment. “You don’t need a good camera before you start taking photos. Just enjoy!”

Second-prize winner Ben Low shares the same sentiment. He caught sight of this bright-eyed squirrel on his daily walk at Choa Chu Kang Park. He had taken along his camera despite its weight, wishing to enjoy some fresh air while keeping his eyes open for a photo-worthy opportunity. And he found it overhead, seconds before the squirrel darted away!

“Chua Chu Kang estate is great for nature walks. On weekends, my wife and I also enjoy walking at Bukit Batok Park. Rain or shine, I can go to the gym, swim, or walk around our park connectors. It’s good to enjoy fresh air!”

Third-place winner Graeme Chow brings the photo contest closer to home with his winning rooftop shot of Tengah Garden Avenue’s rooftop garden. “Another place in our estate whose views I really enjoy is the Sky Garden, on the 13th floor at Parc Clover. I’ve been enjoying my walks on the park connector network too – they lead you from your home directly to nature.”

Graeme recently moved to Tengah and he just bought a wide-angle lens for his camera. “Two years ago, I wouldn’t have been able to capture this winning shot. That morning the flowers were in perfect bloom. I explored different angles that would best showcase them against a brilliant sky and sent in my best shot.”
