Together, we’ve built a better home in CCK Town.
Over the last five years, we’ve refreshed our estates – from giving our blocks a fresh coat of paint to building more fitness corners to help residents keep fit – and upgrading and launching new playgrounds for children to play.
In our new plan for 2025–2030, we aim to enable healthier lives and create better homes in a caring and green CCK Town.
4 Pillars of A Home We Love
To achieve our vision, we will:
- Create a home we love – by bringing greater connectivity, more conveniences and improved amenities for our residents;
Blks 201–239 will enjoy revitalised community spaces and upgraded facilities under the Neighbourhood Renewal Programme.

- Enable healthy living – by offering residents plenty of choices to stay active and providing opportunities to build strong families and close social ties;
The Bricks: Sport-in-Precinct & Cycle Park will be home to a fitness corner, a sheltered basketball court with spectator seats, a multi-purpose hard court, a playground and Singapore’s only BMX Academy.
Tembusu Park will be refreshed with new amenities: a large adventure playground co-created with residents, a basketball court and jogging track.
Residents can stay active at new and upgraded fitness corners.
- Build caring communities – by showing support and care for one another;
Value Meals vending machines offer convenient, affordable meals 24/7.
Job fairs create opportunities for jobs, training and career growth.
Together, we are stronger as a community.
- Chart a green future by expanding and deepening our Eco-Town efforts and promoting eco lifestyles among residents.
